This Privacy Policy describes how VoiceGuard ("we", "us") collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applicable international data protection laws, and Polish data protection law (RODO) where relevant.

What data we collect
Business signup: business name, owner name, email, phone, industry, Google review URL. Customer feedback: star rating, optional message and contact details. Contact form: name, email, message. Technical: tap timestamps and anonymised usage data.
Why we process data
To provide the VoiceGuard review gating service, manage business accounts, notify owners of private feedback, improve our product, and respond to enquiries.
Legal basis
Contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interest (improving VoiceGuard), and consent where required (marketing communications).
Data retention
Business data is retained while the account is active. Feedback data is retained for 24 months unless deletion is requested earlier.
Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable local data protection laws where you reside, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data. Contact privacy@voiceguard.pl to exercise these rights.
Data processors
We use Neon (database hosting) and Vercel (application hosting). Where data is transferred internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses where required.
