These Terms govern your use of VoiceGuard hardware and software services.
Service description
VoiceGuard provides NFC-triggered review gating pages, private feedback capture, and related software tools for local businesses.
Hardware
Hardware is sold as a one-time purchase. Stands are pre-programmed to your VoiceGuard review page. Physical damage or loss of stands is not covered after delivery.
Software subscriptions
Software tiers are billed monthly with no annual contract. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not use VoiceGuard to fabricate reviews, post fake feedback, or misrepresent customer experiences. You are responsible for compliance with Google and platform terms.
Pilot programme
Pilot participants receive complimentary hardware and Starter tier access in exchange for feedback and case study permission. VoiceGuard may discontinue the pilot at any time.
Limitation of liability
VoiceGuard is provided as-is during the pilot phase. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
VoiceGuard is operated from Poland. These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer in another country, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may also apply.
