These Terms govern your use of VoiceGuard hardware and software services.
Service description
VoiceGuard provides NFC-triggered review routing pages, private feedback capture, and related software tools for local businesses.
Hardware
The NFC stand is sold with an active Starter or Growth plan. Stands are pre-programmed to your VoiceGuard review page. Physical damage or loss of stands is not covered after delivery.
Software subscriptions
Starter and Growth are billed monthly or annually. Monthly signup includes the stand fee and the first month of software at no charge. Annual billing is 75% of twelve monthly software payments and waives the stand fee. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not use VoiceGuard to fabricate reviews, post fake feedback, or misrepresent customer experiences. You are responsible for compliance with Google and platform terms.
Case studies
With your permission, VoiceGuard may reference your business as a customer example or case study. You can decline or withdraw that permission at any time.
Limitation of liability
VoiceGuard is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
VoiceGuard is operated from Poland. These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer in another country, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may also apply.
